Osoblje je fenomenalno i od velike pomoći za svako pitanje. Sobe su čiste i kreveti jako udobni. Dorucak sjajan! Vecerali smo svaki dan u nasem restoranu i sve je bilo ukusno. AlpheTerme su 2 minute hoda od hotela. Ana na recepciji nas je primila i bila je preljubazna od pocetka do kraja, isto tako i Siniša koji nam je puno pomogao oko informacija jer je ovo bilo nase prvo skijanje u Austriji.
