호텔분위기와 서비스가 좋고 조용하다. 옛날 성에서 지내는 기분이 들었고 알함브라에서도 1박을 했는데 개인적으로는 알함브라보다 좋았다. 레스토랑에서 2번 식사를 했는데 음식이 아주 맛있었다. 특히 하몬이 전혀 냄새가 나지 않고 너무 맛있어서 아이가 아주 잘 먹었다.
