市の中心から1.5km程のところのランドアバウト脇に位置して、市内へも市外へも出入りがしやすい便利なところにある。市内観光には車を道路脇の有料駐車場に入れれば、徒歩ですぐに中心部に行き着くことができた。 部屋は「Apartment Priviledge」というタイプで、リビング(ソファ、低テーブル、テーブル、イス２脚、キッチネット、テレビ、クローゼット)と寝室(クィーンベッド、クローゼット、テレビ)に分かれたスイートタイプ。バスルームはトイレ共通。広さ３１㎡あり機能的でとても使いやすかった。 同じ建物内にしっかりとしたレストランがあり、隣にはステーキチェーン「ヒポポタマス」がある。MACもすぐのところにあり、食事に困ることはなかった。
