バスの終点から歩いて5.6分。メインの通りに面していて、市のほぼ中心なのでプリオーリ広場やローマ劇場などほとんどの観光に便利。家族経営でオーナーは大変親切で見どころを巡るコースや地元の人が行く美味しいレストランなどの情報を教えてくれた。部屋は広くはないが必要なものは揃っている。朝食も美味しかった。
