We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

Kopaonik is an amazing sought after sunny mountain with lots of snow until end of March, fantastic ski slopes, hotels, restaurants, shops and facilities. Ski slopes are for all levels, probably best suited for families and those who enjoy wide slopes and relaxed skiing ... but there are also few steep black slopes for more extreme skiers.
Kopaonik is beautiful all year around. I prefer Kop during winter, it's magical.

Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre...
Good food and atmosphere in the restaurants in the centre and at the ski slopes. The ski center is crowded all the time, during working days and especially weekends (January, February and March). Waiting time for the main 6 or 4 seaters to take you up 20-40 min, which is ridiculous. There is no waiting line; the crowd of people are stepping on each other, fighting to get quicker to the lift. Don't bring your own skis (better rent) as they will be damaged from people stepping on them.

Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders.
Wonderful place for skiing and snowboarders. Excellent local food, nice beers. However, the locals are smoking inside the facility with was a problem for me. Your clothes can smell unpleasantly after being outside for a lunch or dinner. Nacionalna klasa serves the best quality of food in the center of Kopaonik and you would not smell the cigarettes that severely as the other places.

Great place for mid-level skiing, it is big enough, we’ve been there for 5 days and it did not get boring as we changed slopes and got across the whole skiing area exploring. The weather was too warm and some slopes were closed, but still quite many were open.

Some very good slopes but very crowdy (you have to stay in the line 15-20 min to go up every time) and rather expensive (in Belgrade the prices are at least twice lower). Slope maintenance is also not the best.

Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be.
Unfortunately, Kopaonic is not what it used to be. In recent years, accommodation capacities have doubled (if not tripled), while the infrastructure has remained the same. That's why skiing in Kopaonic has become a true test of patience. You can wait at least 10-15 minutes up to 30 minutes for each climb. You hardly find locals who speak English and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It has become a very crowded resort.
What a beautiful experience! The hotel all staff including the Manager (Mr Foka) and everything else exceeded all our expectations.
The hotel has a free SPA and the best restaurant in the area, it's close to a ski centre but also provides possibilities for lots of other activities.
Everything is managed around your satisfaction as a traveler whether you stay for one night or one week. From the warm welcome to facilities, quality of the rooms, beddings, amenities, food and most of all staff attitude - sincere, natural, relaxed hospitality.
Hotel is on unique location, with immediate access on the ski pyste. There is ski drawer and rent, parking is available close to the hotel. Spa is small, but it is sufficient for ski vacation relax. Staff is great, very polite, both in the hotel and bar on the hotel front. DJ parties are pleasant for young visitors, but too loud for guests who decide to skip skiing. Food is very good, both breakfast and dinner. There is a traditional restaurant with very tasty serbian traditional meals.
Lot of space, lot of storage space, clean and warm apartment, good matresses in beds. Building is locked and maintained all the time, has ski lockers. Free parking in front of the building. Restaurant and ski rental next to building. Nice 10min walk to the market and bakery. Accessability to ski slopes via gondola without going to Kopaonik center, great if you want a peaceful place and to avoid the over-crowded center (only gondola doesn't work in case of strong wind).
Excellent communication with the hosts before and during the stay. The room had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and had a very nice view over the resort. Our hosts were helping us with indications regarding ski rentals and restaurants and they have offered us home made pastries as a surprise in one of the evenings. The villa has its own parking places - something to take in consideration in Kopaonik.
Great hotel. The restaurant was very good although dinner had kind of limited choices. Breakfast was excellent for skiers. They should serve it a little earlier for those who want to be first on the slopes. Spa and wellness area were excellent. It s a ten minute drive from the main ski lifts, but you can leave your equipment at a rental shop near the slopes free of charge.
Wonderful welcoming with local homemade drinks. The hotel offers also dinner which is comfy after ski and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was homemade and very tasty. The SPA is very small, but we were alone in it and it was very romantic and a very relaxing experience. The hotel is quiet and cosy.
I have never seen such a lovely hotel owner. She and her husband were very friendly and helpfully people. All the staff in the room are brand new.It is a new hotel. I think the one of the biggest advantage is having a comfy private parking place which is very important in Kopaonik. Briefly,I liked it
A family property in the area with all the villas of Kopaonik ski resort. The room had floor heating, a bathroom with hot water, a balcony overlooking the mountain and several beds. The host speaks English and greets you with his rakia. There is a free parking spot in the street.
Clean and comfortable, not really close to ski area and placeses that ski equipment rental but every hour there is a bus just front of hotel. Close by you can find markets and restorans. They do not speak English well but thet are really helpful . Free parking area
Great new apartment close to the ski center of Kopaonik. Very comfy bed. The Spa is nice and directly in the basement of the same Building. Very good price for 2 persons and good value for money. We would gladly come back.
Wonderful stay, very close to bus station if you go by bus. Shops are nearby. 10 mins to the main ski lifts. Comfortable studios with almost all needed facilities. Parking in front of building. Very friendly stuff.
Good location, 10 min by car/bus to the Kopaonik ski resort. Clean apartment with all the necessities. Keys pick-up and communication with the host was easy. Access (paid) to the SPA in the Kraljevi Čardaci hotel.
The apartment was clean and in a very good position, next to the ski slopes, right in the central square.
The apartment has a nice setup.
Late checkout (at 12:00) granted by the host.
The location was perfect right next to the center that makes the shopping easier. And just less than 5mins walk to the Ski Area. And we had a great view through out the window.
The apartment was very updated and new, the owners are the nicest people and they made our stay even better. The location is great and it has very easy access to the ski center.
We liked everything, specially conection to the ski track which is right next to the hotel. Food was delicious. Staff was very helpful. All in all it was amazing experience.
Facilities, staff, location, design of the hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner (half board) was fantastic 10/10. Spa was perfect. Location couldn't be better if you skiing
