I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken. Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

It's good for one day stopover. You could visit Surya Sen park or Mahananda Sightseeing and chill there in the evening. ISCON temple will disappoint you unless you are a devotee. If you are a shopaholic, Hong Kong Market is a place to be. Baishaki Mela can be fun too.

The manager Mr. Gagan and all staff personnel were so congenial, amicable and courteous to the extent that it's very difficult for me to express it in diction. I can only say that if I ever visit Siliguri again, you are one of the reasons for me to be here. The rooms are super clean. Ajit the junior manager was really efficient in providing room service. They all helped me to get car parked nicely in the middle busy part of the town.
