Ghaziabad is not a very clean place . Even to NCR people it comes on the low end of the spectrum. Law and order needs improvement. For Women travellers it is not too safe to venture alone after sunset. However Radisson Blu has Haldiram's outlet close to it . When we came to hotel- there was no one to help us with the...
When we came to hotel- there was no one to help us with the bags, even though they saw us struggling ( husband after leg operation and I was limping). When asked one of the staff members for change- she refused at least 3 times, claiming that reception doesn’t have, because of which we had to overpay the taxi. After that receptionist said they had change. That was very upsetting. Other strange thing that we never ever found in other hotels- if wanted to use pool, we had to go trough restaurant!! 😳😳 last day we wanted to use pool, but it was closed for some function, about which no one has warned us while checking in. Wifi was also not working well. While first morning at breakfast service was nice, second day was impossible to get any help. Waited for dosa and coffee at least 30min, just went and got it myself, even though was offered again that my plate will be brought( didn’t believe that second time). Would really consider if I would like to stay here again or recommend this property to my friends. Was expecting to have really nice stay, but was very disappointed. Way too low for a 5 star hotel. Would not give more that 3 stars for this property and service.

Not clean.. Its Dusty and polluted , No proper pedestrian walks, lower residential standard living conditions, beggers on the streets, on occasions you can notice cattles and pigs walking around the street, squares. At the same time few areas are posh, have parks, nice hotels, good occasions. Its really a place with huge contrast between high standard and low standard living in a close vicinity of each other.
